The program is based on us performing regular maintenance twice per year on your air conditioning and heating equipment which contribute in helping to cut down on costly repairs as we normally find the small problems before they become important. Regular maintenance also helps reduce your utility bills by keeping the equipment at peak efficiency. All of this helps your equipment last longer by making it's life easier, even under our harsh weather.

You get in front of the line. Your AC breaks down in the middle of the summer heat and it needs replaced? Call us, we will take care of you. Service calls are also free! (during normal hours)
Yes! You get a 50% discount on the normal maintenance plan price if you sign up for a second (or more) property.
The monthly plan automatically bills your credit card monthly on the same date, making it a month to month renewal. The yearly plan is billed once a year, but does not automatically renew. Someone will contact you shortly before the maintenance plan expires.
Yes! There are no termination fees. If you ever move out of the area you can easily call or email and request to end your maintenance agreement. It's that easy.

Annual tests include carbon monoxide, gas leaks, heat exchanger, combustion analysis, humidifier inspection, hot water tank water pressure, flame sensor, refrigerant leak and refrigerant.
Whole system monitoring for abnormal sounds, starting capabilities, source of unusual odors, proper air flow, wet and dry bulb temperatures, monitoring refrigerant charge, measure high and low side pressures, provide system operation report and recommend repairs or replacement as necessary.
