Your HVAC equipment is subject to various factors throughout the year. Snow, Rain, Winds, Dust, Hail... it is literally being beaten down. And because it is responsible for your home's air quality, it becomes obvious that you need to do something about it.


The program is based on us performing regular maintenance twice per year on your air conditioning and heating equipment which contribute in helping to cut down on costly repairs as we normally find the small problems before they become important.  Regular maintenance also helps reduce your utility bills by keeping the equipment at peak efficiency. All of this helps your equipment last longer by making it's life easier, even under our harsh weather.

    If your equipment ever ends up breaking, we give you a 15% discount on all services and upgrades.

  • Priority Service

    You get in front of the line. Your AC breaks down in the middle of the summer heat and it needs replaced? Call us, we will take care of you. Service calls are also free! (during normal hours)

Frequently Asked Questions.

I have more than one property, do I get an additional discount?

Yes! You get a 50% discount on the normal maintenance plan price if you sign up for a second (or more) property.

What is the difference between the monthly maintenance plan and the yearly one?

The monthly plan automatically bills your credit card monthly on the same date, making it a month to month renewal. The yearly plan is billed once a year, but does not automatically renew. Someone will contact you shortly before the maintenance plan expires.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! There are no termination fees.  If you ever move out of the area you can easily call or email and request to end your maintenance agreement.  It's that easy.

Benefits Include but are not limited to: One annual heating tune up, one annual cooling tune up, free service calls during regular hours, high priority service (24/7 emergency service available), multi-system discount, 15% discount on all services and upgrades, annual cleaning of condenser coils.
Annual tests include carbon monoxide, gas leaks, heat exchanger, combustion analysis, humidifier inspection, hot water tank water pressure, flame sensor, refrigerant leak and refrigerant.
Whole system monitoring for abnormal sounds, starting capabilities, source of unusual odors, proper air flow, wet and dry bulb temperatures, monitoring refrigerant charge, measure high and low side pressures, provide system operation report and recommend repairs or replacement as necessary.

Indoor Unit Checklist

  • Inspect unit for proper refrigerant level and adjust if necessary
  • Clean dirt, leaves and debris from inside cabinet
  • Rinse the condenser coils
  • Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings — remove obstructions as necessary
  • Inspect coil and cabinet—clean as needed
  • Inspect fan motor and fan blades for wear anddamage—on older models lubricate as needed
  • Inspect control box, associatedcontrols/accessories, wiring and connections.Controls may include: contactors, relays, circuitboards, capacitors, sump heat and other accessories. All control box and electrical parts should be checked for wear or damage.
  • Inspect compressor and associated tubing for damage
  • Inspect blower assembly (includes blowerhousing, blower wheel and motor)
  • On older models, lubricate motor
  • Check combustion blower housing for lint and debris
  • Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines
  • Inspect for gas leaks in gas furnaces
  • Inspect burner assembly—clean and adjust as needed
  • Inspect ignition system and safety controls—clean and adjust as needed
  • Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements
  • Inspect flue system—check for proper attachment to the furnace, any dislocated sections, and for signs of corrosion. Replace if necessary.
  • Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
  • Clean or replace air filters
  • Inspect conditioned airflow system (ductwork)—check for leaks
